The company does not sell physical products.
The delivery of acquired services will be 48 hours after the customer has made the payment.
Cancellation Conditions
Once the purchase is made, the customer can cancel it within no more than 24 hours from the time of payment. In this case, the money will be refunded after Nolitec contacts the customer to verify that the cancellation was not made by mistake.
Conditions for Exchanges or Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The total amount of the order will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from its receipt under the specified conditions.
Gifts or promotional items (free of charge) are not eligible for exchange or return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
